CS Toh's A Level "Focus" Chemistry books were meant as a more summarized, condensed, no-frills (and no practice questions included) version of the A Level Study Guide. It has been phased out because students always want more, not less. It's still relevant for the H2 syllabus, no worries, just that it's inadequate on it's own; "relevant" does not equal to "adequate". If you're going to buy a new CS Toh guidebook for H2 Chemistry, your choice would be between the A Level Study Guide (covering only the Singapore H2 syllabus) or the Advanced Study Guide (which covers all of the following Chemistry syllabuses : Singapore H2 A levels, International Baccalaurate, Cambridge International Exams A Levels, Hong Kong A Levels).   |
