By Stephanie Tan     Editor's Note: The three Sengkang Green Primary students who were involved in the abovementioned bullying incident have since been suspended; one of them was also caned. The victim's mother, upon meeting with the school management, will let the girl return to study at said school thereafter, albeit with requisite safety measures in place.
