For the past two over decades, I have been helping Secondary 3 and 4 students who felt “lost” whilst learning Chemistry rediscover both clarity and his/her confidence once again. Till date, more than 2,000 across Singapore have come under my tutelage.

Along the way, I got invited by major media outlets (Channel NewsAsia, Mediacorp, The Straits Times etc) to share personal secrets on making tough examination topics palatable, amongst other things. My premise rests succinctly on 3 key tenets :

1. Nurturing the individual learner’s self-esteem surrounding knowledge acquisition

2. Partitioning complex concepts into bite‑sized, easily internalizable nuggets

3. Providing intense, purposeful drilling that target specific, oft-peddled examination question patterns
